Simplify your mid-week meals with this Rosemary & Thyme Risotto.
All you have to do is sizzle the rice mix in butter or olive oil for a couple of minutes, add 3C of water, stir and leave to simmer for 15 mins. Serve with some freshly grated parmesan and you have a wholesome, incredibly tasty meal for 2.
