1 Packet Real Pasta Angel Hair
1 jar Real Pasta Creamy Tomato & Gin
1/2 Lemon (juice & zest)
Large handful of Basil (roughly torn)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Line a baking tray with baking paper and cook your prosciutto in the oven at 160 (fan forced) for 8-10 minutes (until crispy - make sure to keep an eye on this!).
Once crispy, remove from your oven and allow to fully cool (the cooler, the crispier).
Cook Angel Hair pasta as per packet instructions and mix through the creamy tomato & gin sauce.
Add the juice and zest of a lemon and toss with the pasta. Serve your pasta and top with crumbled up crispy prosciutto, chopped basil, grated Parmesan and chilli flakes.
